Carol has been a registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance since May of 2002. She completed her 200 hour teacher training with Raji Thron of Yoga Synthesis, in December of 2001. Carol completed a Restorative Yoga Teacher Training program in December, 2006 with Ellen Pfeffer ofMasala Yoga, and has been a dedicated yogini (female practitioner of Yoga) since 1996.
