Our Class Offerings

Weekly Classes are held at our Butler location. Reiki Workshops are taught at the West Milford Studio, Saddle Brook Adult Community School and the Oasis Wellness Center in Towaco. Please see our Schedule for all class dates and times and locations of Reiki and other Workshops.


hatha yoga

This 60 minute class will help you to develop strength and flexibility while improving your posture, circulation and concentration. With a consistent Yoga practice you will find an increase in your vital lung capacity and energy levels. Yoga is also benefical in relieving stress and anxiety.


pilates

This body conditioning method improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength and tone. You will learn how to experience movement from the inside out. Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep core muscles.


Mat science

This progressive series of exercises accommodates all fitness levels to increase strength, flexibility and balance of the entire body. The exercises are derived from classic disciplines such as yoga, pilates and sports rehab conditioning. The focus of Mat Science is on mindful movement, core stabilization techniques and unified body movements.


meditation

During this 30 minute class we will discuss and practice a variety of meditation techniques and excercises. Meditation classes are free to the public. Om Shanti.


reiki I, II & iii workshops

Reiki is the universe’s gift of vital energy. It is an ancient healing art that allows us to naturally absorb and transmit life force energy. A laying on of hands is used to direct the healing energy into the body of the receiver.

Reiki is suitable for both the healthy and the sick. It can replenish our vital energy, harmonize the energy within our body, strengthen our immune system, and assist in the healing process.

Reiki is divided into three degrees of knowledge. Each degree having its own attunement (energy transmission) and teachings. Please call or email for more detailed course information.
